Makai MacDonald

Makai’s ever-growing love of learning and life continues to make him the perfect fit as our Director of Inspiration. Officially on the payroll since 2023, Kai brings joy and curiosity to everything he touches—from firm parties to time spent with Mom at the office.

Kai currently attends Daycroft School, where he thrives in STEAM subjects, especially math and art. He recently completed the entire Harry Potter series and continues to foster a deep love for reading.

Outside the classroom, Kai channels his adventurous spirit into golf, soccer, swimming, and theater, always eager to explore, perform, and connect. He’s naturally curious about how things work together and enjoys using his creativity to solve problems and build new ideas.
